On behalf of the Rainier Beach Youth Stewards (RBYS), I am reaching out to invite you to our very first Rainier Beach Youth Conference, coming this fall! We welcome you to

attend and learn more about a variety of environmental issues that impact our everyday lives.

This event is being hosted at Rainier Beach Urban Farm and Wetlands on Saturday, November 23 from 10 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

This event is organized by youth for youth and will feature workshops and activities that explore topics such as climate change, food access, and supporting wildlife. This conference will empower not just our youth but all people to engage with these critical issues and take meaningful action in their communities. Though this is a youth-centered event, all are welcome to attend.

There will be free lunch catered by local restaurants, a variety of learning opportunities, and a tabling session for opportunities related to the environment. Please register using this form and visit our website to learn more

Outdoors for All Foundation, a non-profit based in Bellevue. We provide outdoor recreation for people with disabilities. In the winter, we offer alpine, Nordic, and snowshoe programs for people with disabilities at The Summit at Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass.

Over 450 volunteers support our winter snow sport programs, a sizeable percentage being high school students! I am reaching out to see if you would be interested in promoting our winter volunteer opportunities to your students. This is a great way for people to gain valuable experience while receiving volunteer hours, building community, and giving back.

Screeners who engage with a combined total of 50 films or scripts or more will receive a complimentary all-access pass to NFFTY 2025, along with potential eligibility for additional perks and opportunities.

Are you passionate about film and eager to be a part of an exciting festival experience? NFFTY is currently hiring a Programming Intern for our upcoming 2025 festival.

As a Programming Intern, you'll collaborate closely with the Programming Team and other artistic and program staff to curate films for the annual festival. Your role will involve establishing screening themes and actively participating in the brainstorming and development of ideas for panels, workshops, and other programmatic events.

Artivism Showcase

Join Powerful Voices on Saturday, November 23rd from 12pm - 4pm at ARTS at King Street Station for the ARTivism Showcase, a community arts experience centering BIPOC girls & gender expansive youth. We’ll have free performances, food, art activities, networking and community-building sessions, and over thirty original artworks exploring fashion design, woodworking, and abstract painting! PV Clothing Swap

One of our amazing Youth Engagement Board leaders is exciting to bring you another PV Clothing Swap! The swap will be at the Cal Anderson Shelterhosue on Saturday, December 14th from 12pm - 3pm.
